We ship all orders using a courier service or Australia Post. We will endeavour to process and deliver your order within 3 business days. Delivery times will vary from region to region.
Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 for Victoria and $15 for all other Australian locations.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the wine within 28 days of receiving it, in the same condition that you received it, and undamaged in any way. All returns are at the expense of the purchaser.
After we receive your returned wine, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded via the original payment method used during your purchase. For credit card payment refunds, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account.
Damages and issues
We are constantly striving to ensure that any wine deliveries are completed promptly and safely. However, from time to time wine is damaged in transport. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
